Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

Short version: InvoiceBrew stores nothing on any server. All invoice data lives in your browser’s localStorage. We cannot see it, access it, or sell it — because we never have it.

1. Data we collect

InvoiceBrew does not collect, store, or transmit any invoice data, personal information, or usage data to any server.

All information you enter — business name, client details, line items, rates, and totals — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.

When you click "Download PDF," the PDF is generated entirely within your browser using the open-source pdf-lib library. No invoice content is sent to InvoiceBrew or any third party.

2. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's localStorage solely to remember your invoice between sessions so you don't have to re-enter details. You can clear this data at any time using the "Clear all data" button in the editor, or by clearing your browser's site data for invoicebrew.com.

We do not set tracking cookies. No session identifiers are created.

3. Advertising

InvoiceBrew displays third-party advertisements (Google AdSense) to fund free access. Google may use cookies to personalize ads based on your browsing history across sites. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com. We do not pass any invoice data to advertisers.

Affiliate links, where present, are clearly labeled. We may receive a commission if you sign up for a linked service. This does not affect the price you pay.

4. Analytics

InvoiceBrew may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., aggregated page-view counts) that do not identify individual visitors. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar user-tracking tools.

5. Third-party services

Fonts are served by Google Fonts via next/font, which self-hosts font files — no request is made to Google Fonts' CDN at runtime. Beyond advertising scripts (AdSense), no third-party JavaScript is loaded.

6. Children

InvoiceBrew is intended for use by individuals aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date above. Continued use of InvoiceBrew after a policy change constitutes acceptance.
