InvoiceBrew is a free, browser-based invoice generator. You may use it for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.

You may not use InvoiceBrew to generate fraudulent invoices, impersonate another business, or otherwise violate applicable law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you create.

InvoiceBrew is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that generated PDFs will be error-free.

InvoiceBrew is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for questions about invoicing requirements in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceBrew and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors in generated invoices or lost business.

The InvoiceBrew name, logo, and design system are proprietary. The underlying open-source libraries (Next.js, pdf-lib, Tailwind CSS) are subject to their respective licenses.

You retain all rights to the invoice data you enter and the PDFs you generate.

InvoiceBrew displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of InvoiceBrew after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
